Good to know
Wear an apron when working with beet; its color is beautiful in the glass and persistent on pale fabric.
Questions, answered.
Can I use raw beet?
Yes, if your blender is powerful and the beet is cut very small, though cooked beet gives a smoother result.
Why strain the juice?
Straining removes berry seeds and beet fibers for a cleaner, thinner drink.
