Good to know
A small piece of ginger goes a long way in a fresh juice; start modestly and add more only after tasting.
Questions, answered.
Can I skip straining?
Yes. The unstrained version is thicker and retains more of the fruit pulp.
How can I make it less sweet?
Add another ½ cucumber or a tablespoon of lime juice to sharpen the flavor.
