Tangy kefir gives pineapple a lively, drinkable texture in this quick blender recipe. Mint cools the finish, and ginger adds a warm little spark rather than heat.

- 1 cup plain kefir
- ½ cup cold water
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
- Juice of ½ lime

Good to know
