Good to know

Taste one strawberry first. If it is very sweet, you may not need the maple syrup.

Questions, answered.

Will it taste like vinegar?

No. The small amount is there to sharpen the strawberry flavor; use a mild balsamic and measure carefully.

Can I use fresh strawberries?

Yes. Use 2 cups hulled strawberries and 1 cup ice for a chilled smoothie.
