Good to know
Let a piece stand at room temperature for 2 minutes before eating so the yogurt softens slightly without melting.
Questions, answered.
How long does yogurt bark keep?
Store pieces in a sealed freezer container for up to one month, with parchment between layers.
Why is my bark icy?
Use thick yogurt and spread it thinly; excess water in a loose yogurt can make the texture harder.
