Good to know
A squeeze of lemon keeps sweet frozen peaches tasting fresh rather than flat.
Questions, answered.
Can I use canned peaches?
Yes. Drain them well, chill them, and add 1 cup ice to replace the frozen texture.
How strong should the cardamom be?
Start with ¼ teaspoon; its floral flavor is noticeable and can quickly dominate a small batch.
