Good to know

A small cookie scoop makes evenly sized clusters that freeze at the same rate and are easy to portion.

Questions, answered.

How long do the clusters keep?

Store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month, with parchment between layers.

Can I use frozen mango?

Thaw it fully and pat it dry before folding it into the yogurt so excess ice does not make the clusters watery.
